VAR Parts is happy to provide you with a 3 month limited warranty on all services and parts that we provide.

Returns / Refunds

Here at VAR Parts, our goal is to provide you with the best service and parts possible. If you are unhappy with any of our services or parts, for any reason, we will gladly work diligently with you to make it right.

• Services are NONREFUNDABLE.
• Used parts are NONREFUNDABLE unless the item is DOA.

Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping and original shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE. If you have a strange or difficult circumstance – please contact us and we will try our best to work with you. A refund is also subject to inspection to make sure the part was truly defective and not an installer error. Once a part has been installed it can not be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect. An RMA authorization must be given before sending an item back.

Return policies for items not made by VAR Parts may differ. Please contact us beforehand as restocking fees may apply or differ.

Cancellations

If there is a need to cancel your order we understand. However if your order has already shipped or is being dropped shipped from one of our suppliers some fees may apply. These fees are all dependent on the parts, supplier, and circumstances.

OEM and Used Parts

All used parts are sold AS IS. Any and all issues these parts may have will be described in the description section of their respective pages. NO REFUNDS period.

Sales on all OEM parts are FINAL. No returns/exchanges unless there is damaged.

Damage Claims

NO replacement parts or stickers or ANY merchandise of ANY sort will be sent out without photographic evidence of damages. We can not file a claim without this, and if you do not provide it, we cannot help you.

Sales

If an order was placed before start of sale, we will not honor the sale discount because it is unfair to our other customers. Sale starts at a set time/date ends at a set time/date. No exceptions.
